GALLIFORD TRY SIGNS £380M HOUSING DEAL IN LONDON

Galliford Try has signed a development agreement with the Greater London Authority to build the Silvertown Way development in Canning Town, East London. The scheme has a gross development value of £380m, making it the largest standalone housing scheme that Galliford Try has ever undertaken.

BAM Construction has been named preferred contractor for the £90m third and final phase of Ballymore Properties’ Snowhill development in Birmingham.
